As DTS IT AG, we look back on a profound corporate philosophy. With over 35 years of IT tradition, we can draw on a long company history, great know-how and many experience values. At the same time, we always grow "positively conservative", i.e. continuously, sustainably and down-to-earth. All locations identify with their region and cultivate its special features.


We are particularly proud of our technical know-how. With 70% technical staff, we are constantly educating ourselves and continuously increasing our certified expertise. All DTS solutions are also tested and approved by ourselves.


We emphasize the importance of personnel from our own training. This gives us a great advantage. Our own apprentices know the company from many different perspectives. This not only promotes insight into the different processes and understanding for each other, but also the targeted development of talents. We offer our staff excellent development opportunities and chances of being taken on or promoted. 30% of our employees come from our own training and many of our managers have deep roots in the company. In general, we give priority to a young workforce with a flat hierarchy for quick decisions. In this context, the "open door principle" is very important to us. In a family-like collective, the focus is always on open communication.
