Nominated by an external jury of experts, we as DTS won the Service Provider Award 2022 for 2nd place in the IT System House & Value Added Reseller (VAR) category in an independent and free vote. The category had the most nominations listed. A big thank you therefore goes above all to our customers and generally to everyone who took part in the voting for us.

This year the addition of "Value Added Reseller (VAR)" was added to the category. So the nomination and the final 2nd place in this category show above all: We can be proud of the fact that we have established ourselves as a service or solution provider and that "DTS" is now associated with special managed services and important added values.

The leading IT vendor for e-mail security and long-time DTS partner Proofpoint, presented its global Partner of the Year Awards 2022. Among the worldwide total of five winners is DTS with the Innovation Partner of the Year 2022! Thank you very much for this award.

A selected jury of service provider experts has nominated us for the Service Provider Award 2022 in several categories: Datacenter, Managed Security and IT Systems House & Value Added Reseller (VAR).

Our clear vision of solutions in a broad IT spectrum was the reason for proposing us for the above categories. The last category was added to the ranking for the first time this year. According to our own information, we were the first choice.

Everyone involved has been working flat out on the conversion and deployment, as well as on many improved features. We have now migrated our ticket system to Jira Service Management, including new contact options via web frontend and e-mail. Security awareness training should be conducted continuously to achieve sustainable IT security awareness in the company. As one of Proofpoint's first partners, our leading partner in the field, we have finally been authorized to plan and implement security awareness measures with our customers ourselves since 2020. Now we have been re-certified as a PSAT Specialist and thus continue to be your single point of contact for your security awareness needs.

Proofpoint's "The Human Factor" report is based on the principle that humans are the most security-critical factor in relation to current cyber threats. Attempts are always being made to specifically target human weaknesses. This cyber security experts have long been aware of this. That's why they analyze the dimensions of risk every year: Where are the users' greatest vulnerabilities? How do attackers exploit them? How big is the potential danger? Because the right way to deal with these questions, which describe the human factors of cyber security, is at the heart of modern IT defense.

On February 25, we successfully launched DTS World, our virtual 3D showroom. Now we are taking the next step: DTS World 2.0! From October 05 to 07, the next in-house digital trade show will take place. In it, we will not only take a look at the DTS group, but also into the future of IT with technologically leading partners. We have not extended the period for nothing: presentations and workshops from the entire spectrum of IT as well as personal exchange with our IT experts.

In November 2018 the DTS CLOUD SECURITY MonEPE started to operate in Athens. The IT security experts, especially in the field of the 24/7 German- and English-speaking DTS Security Operations Center (SOC), are now pleased to announce another location: Thessaloniki. Thus, not only the Greek subsidiary of the DTS group continues to grow, it is now also the third European location for the entire DTS!

The digital transformation brings with it many opportunities, but also just as many questions. Our cooperation with IPH has set itself the task of answering these questions. Together, we designed a workshop last year that will finally take place in 2021. The workshop will last one day and is intended for managers and decision-makers from different areas of the company. We recently added a new strategic partner with a very innovative technology to our integrated IT security. Behind it is an essential building block of the zero trust security model that has been missing until now. Device Identity as a Service (DIaaS), based on the solution of our new partner Infinipoint, enables device integrity. It is the link between user identity and the application. DIaaS provides continuous assessment of the device security posture and supports risk-managed access processes. It also detects, manages and eliminates threats in real time. This continuous control of all assets is automated and standardized or with a simple end-user self-service.

With the DTS Cyber Security Posture Assessment, we determine an overview of the maturity level of the customer's cyber security and where there is a need for action. As the largest trade fair for IT security in Europe it-sa has been an integral part of our program for years. Now it is certain, the trade show will be suspended this year due to the significantly changed conditions. The next it-sa will be held locally from October 12th to 14th 2021, then in a new hall constellation. As already planned, the exhibition will move to new halls adjacent to the Nuremberg Convention Center East.

DTS Systeme GmbH and the Institute for Integrated Production Hanover (IPH) gGmbH have decided to cooperate in order to provide medium-sized manufacturing companies with concepts and concrete implementation strategies in all areas of digitalization.

IPH researches and develops in the field of production technology, advises industrial companies and trains the next generation of engineers. IPH was founded in 1988 out of the Leibniz University of Hanover. The aim of IPH is to identify new developments at an early stage, to further develop innovative ideas and to contribute to their implementation in industry.

The joint consulting approach of DTS Systeme and IPH is specifically geared towards medium-sized companies and their processes and strategies. Due to the broad regional positioning, the consulting services are offered in the entire German-speaking area (D-A-CH), an expansion to further European locations is planned.

As already reported in the media, the HANNOVER MESSE has been postponed to July 13th - 17th in the course of the COVID-19 issue. As DTS, we have now come to the decision not to participate in the trade fair this year. Especially because we wanted to be there with a much bigger booth, this is a pity for us. However, the organizational reasons and the uncertain development outweigh this, which is why we have decided to cancel.

We are among the first - among the first tenants for the Green Office in Bochum. We are pleased that DTS Systeme GmbH will move into the Green Office in Bochum in mid-2021. The property will be built from recyclable materials, is resource-saving and offsets the Co² footprint.

DTS IT AG has acquired 66% of the shares in ISL Internet Sicherheitslösungen GmbH. ISL is a leading German software manufacturer in the field of IT security with a focus on network access control (NAC). Well-known companies from industry, trade, banks, public authorities and research institutes rely on ISL's ARP-GUARD software to protect their IT infrastructure against internal attacks as well as unnoticed intrusion of unauthorized devices.

ISL, with the support of DTS and its parent company MBB SE, aims to continue its growth path in the increasingly important IT security market. Within the market, the area of NAC is becoming increasingly important with an expected annual growth of over 30%. A major growth driver is the Internet of Things (IoT), which significantly increases the number of existing devices in the corporate network. ISL software products efficiently secure corporate networks, which are becoming more and more complex due to a multitude of different devices.

ISL was founded in 1999 by Dr. Andreas Rieke, who will remain a shareholder of ISL and continue to manage the company. As early as 2003, ISL was one of the first companies worldwide to develop and sell software solutions for network access control. In recent years, ISL has been able to significantly increase its turnover, which is currently in the single-digit million range, and grow very profitably. ISL will continue to develop IT security "Made in Germany" at its headquarters in Bochum, where the Max Planck Institute for Cyber Security was recently established. The trusting cooperation with the company's current partners is also to be continued under the umbrella of DTS and MBB SE.

For DTS IT AG, the acquisition of ISL is an important step towards further growth in the future market of IT security. In recent years, DTS has succeeded in becoming a leading partner of manufacturers of innovative IT security solutions. With its own cloud services as well as a Security Operations Center (SOC), in which security experts monitor customers' corporate networks around the clock, DTS was able to increase its revenue to more than €50 million in 2018 and also expects significant growth in the coming years. The future cooperation with ISL represents an important milestone in the company's history and will further raise the profile of DTS as a holistic IT security provider.

On November the 22nd 2018, the DTS Cyber Security Roadshow took place in Benkhausen Castle. Together with the Gauselmann Group, we not only guided our guests through the German Automata Museum as the icing on the cake. We were also able to present ourselves and our IT security know-how in a great setting. Especially the recent hacker attack has once again shown the threat, which often affects and harms entire companies.
