The Management Board of DTS IT AG consists of two members: Kai Mallmann and Ulrich Möller. Each member of the Management Board is responsible for different sections. The work of the Management Board is also supported by the management of the companies and their executive organs.

Kai Mallmann, CEO of the DTS group, is member of the board and shareholder of DTS IT AG since 2011. He is responsible for strategic development, investment management, investment acquisitions, investment disposals, sales, marketing, communications, investor relations, human resources development and the entire technical department.

Ulrich Möller, CFO of the DTS group, is member of the board and shareholder of DTS IT AG since 2011. He is responsible for Finance, Accounting, Internal Data Processing, Human Resources, Legal and Compliance.

Chairman of the Supervisory Board of DTS IT AG 

Gert-Maria Freimuth, born in 1965, is chairman of the supervisory board and founding shareholder of MBB SE. He studied economics and Christian social ethics at the University of Muenster. Mr. Freimuth is chairman of the board of directors of MBB SE.

Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board of DTS IT AG

Anton Breitkopf, born in 1962, studied business administration at Cologne University of Applied Sciences and worked in finance and controlling at Daimler-Benz until 1998. Mr. Breitkopf has worked for MBB SE since 1998 and most recently headed the corporate finance division as Chief Finance Officer. In June 2018, Mr. Breitkopf moved to the board of directors of MBB SE.

Klaus Seidel, born in 1970, worked for Microsoft Germany until 1999 after studying business economics. After that, Mr. Seidel worked for MBB SE until 2021. After 22 successful years at MBB SE, there is still close cooperation when it comes to intensively shaping the future of DTS IT AG.

Member of the Supervisory Board of DTS IT AG

Dr. Constantin Mang is CEO of MBB and responsible for Finance, M&A and Investor Relations. He is part of the MBB since 2014 and Managing Director since 2018. During his doctorate in economics at Ludwig Maximilian University in Munich, he worked in policy consulting at the ifo Institute for Economic Research. Before that, he studied economics and law in Milan and Hamburg.
